To request the increase of the limits established by the regulator, you have the option to submit a request to the regulator by selecting the ‘Request Limit Increase’ link located at the bottom of the Service Details tab within the Parameters section. You can find the Service Details tab, by selecting the product in your Sandbox Products and go to the “Service Details” tab.
To be able to request the limit increase, you should be approved into the sandbox.

Click on the Sandbox Products tab

Click on your product card, to view the Service Details tab
- Scroll down to view the menu for the requests under your daily Limit parameter widgets.
Upon submitting your Requests, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your submission, and you can expect updates regarding your status through both email notifications and your Notification page.
